Overview

Sidekick Stack is a creator marketplace operated by GEZHU. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.

Creator Accounts

Creators apply through our application form. Acceptance is at our discretion. We reserve the right to reject or remove creators who violate our guidelines or misrepresent their audience.

Commission & Payments

Commissions are calculated based on verified subscriber referrals. Commission rates follow a declining structure: 50% (months 1–2), 30% (months 3–4), and 15% (month 5+). Payouts are processed monthly via Xendit. Minimum payout threshold is $25. Commission rates and structures may change with 30 days notice.

Content Guidelines

Creators must promote apps honestly and accurately. Misleading claims, fake reviews, or spam tactics are prohibited and will result in removal from the platform and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Intellectual Property

App names, logos, and promotional materials provided by Sidekick Stack remain the property of GEZHU. Creators are granted a limited license to use these materials solely for promotion within the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Sidekick Stack is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the commissions earned in the 3 months prior to any claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the creator relationship at any time. Upon termination, pending commissions for verified referrals will be paid in the next payout cycle.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
